Before you even walk in, take a few deep breaths and set a simple intention for your session. This could be as straight forward as “I am here to heal” or “I welcome whatever my body needs.” Setting an intention grounds your mind and opens you up to the experience with an open, receptive heart.

Initial Assessment

An Initial Assessment is required prior to booking any other Spinal Flow Session for anyone 16 years of age.  The client will also need to complete a health questionnaire prior to the appointment time.  This appointment will consist of an explanation of Spinal Flow as well as a Posture and Gateway assessment.  This is followed by a 45 minute healing session, and some time at the end to address any questions and treatment recommendations.

This 30 minute healing session focuses on the 33 Access Points and bringing your body into a state of ease, connecting to your bodies own intelligence.  The main focus of this session will be to increase your flow, allowing your body to create long-lasting change while reducing physical, chemical and emotional blockage. this is after the Initial assessment

Spinal Flow Healing Session for children 0 - 12 yrs of age

The Spinal Flow Technique suits all ages, including children, and helps with issues like colic, digestion, and sleep. Kids often heal quickly and need less treatment time per session.

Spinal Flow Healing Session Teens 13 - 17 yrs of age 

Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment, including the Spinal Flow Technique and time for questions at the end. Parents may stay in the room, with questions addressed afterward.
